SEIU 775 Benefits Group - Data Warehousing

Caregiver feedback is an important part of the organization's mission as it guides initiatives and platform features. The Data Science team leveraged my capabilities to create an application which ingests vendor data into their data warehouse for analysis.
The initial request was for a single Qualtrics survey which then evolved to encompass learner behavior, Salesforce data, and ongoing course feedback as well as issuing surveys to their appropriate audiences.
I utilized AWS products such as SQS/SNS for managing the asynchronous communication across the services mesh as well as GCP Cloud Pub/Sub combined with their job scheduler in lieu of cron to automate data retrieval.
